I have a problém. I have just updated to Windows 8.1 and my CZECH dissapeared. However instalation shows LANGUAGE PACKAGE NOT AVAILABLE in CONTROL PANEL.
I found guy who had same problem - he needed from Japanese into English and someone posted direct link to Windows 8.1 MUI EN/GB (.cab) package.
I wasn´t able to find WINDOWS 8.1 MUI CZECH PACKAGE.
