When will you add Welsh Language?

Hello,

i have been using Bing translator for sometime now, but from time to time i deal with public sector, and really in the need of Welsh language.

for the time being i am using google translator for Welsh...  but for everything else i use microsoft translator.

Can you please add Welsh to your development Road map.
